All information disclosed within the session is confidential. Centre staff will not disclose any information, documents, notes, photographs, or materials that contain your information without your consent, except when:
1. There is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
2. Disclosure is required by law or court order.
3. Clinical supervision or consultation is needed (identifiable details are minimised).
4. There are concerns about abuse or exploitation of vulnerable persons.
In all exceptional cases, UCC staff will, where possible, inform you prior to any disclosure. This policy is in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
